back to the grind | monday motivation



I remember the August days, the last days of summer vacation before heading back to school to begin a new semester, where all I wanted to do was work out, lay out, and hang out with my friends. I think my only task back then was to head to Office Depo, which I normally did after the first day of school anyway so that I would know exactly what I needed. August was, and actually always has been, a new starting point for me – like a refresh button at the end of the summer. Taking that mindset again, I am super motivated to begin a new workout routine and wanted to share just a bit of it here: these are some awesome (and quick!) Pilates moves  – combine a with a run and it really strengthens your core and lengthens your body. Happy end of summer peeps.
